Health Boosting Syrup is our emergency concoction for any ailment that starts to creep in and take hold of a family member. A honey-based syrup with garlic, ginger, lemon, and turmeric to throw all kinds of natural goodness at whatever ailment that's slowing you down

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp Garlic cloves, grated 4-5 good sized cloves
  • 1 tbsp Ginger, grated 1-1.5" chunk of fresh ginger
  • 1 tsp Turmeric
  • ½ Lemon, juiced
  • cup Honey

Instructions
 

  • Grate garlic and ginger with a rasp. Add turmeric, lemon juice, and honey. Stir well to combine.
  • For general health, eat 1 tablespoon per day. If fighting an active ailment, eat 1 teaspoon every 2-3 hours.
