A one pot wonder, easy, and delicious. This Creamy Beefy Noodles dish will be on the table within 45 minutes and makes enough for leftovers. Serve with a salad or some frozen veggies for a quick weeknight meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 med onion chopped
  • 10-12 mushrooms sliced
  • 2 stalks celery sliced
  • ½ green bell pepper chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 4 oz jar pimento
  • 1 4 oz can green chilies
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp freshly ground pepper
  • 1 tsp white pepper optional
  • 2 cups uncooked wide egg noodles

Directions

  • Brown ground beef and drain. Add onion and sauté until softened. Add remaining ingredients. Heat to a simmer, cover and cook until noodles are tender, stirring occasionally, about 20 minutes. Add more water if too thick.
