This Easy Ramen Salad is great for potlucks, camping weekends, or just a once, eat for a week preparation. Simple to put together, delicious, and great for making ahead of time.
Slice cabbage and green onions, add to a large bowl with noodles.
Toast almonds & sesame seeds in a skillet over medium heat until lightly browned – watch closely.
Whisk together sugar, oil, vinegar, salt & pepper; pour over cabbage & noodle mixture and add almonds & sesame seeds. Cover and chill for several hours or overnight for flavors to blend.

Cooked chicken can be added to make this side dish into a meal!
