Grandma's Coleslaw

Grandma's Coleslaw is a great balance of tangy, sweet, creamy and crunchy salad. It's excellent with meals that are overly rich or heavy for a fresh contrast.

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup Best Foods mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • ½ tsp ground black pepper
  • ½ head cabbage sliced thinly

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, mix together mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, and pepper.
  • Thinly slice cabbage and add to dressing, mix to evenly coat cabbage. Let sit 10-15 minutes or while the rest of the meal is prepared.
