Red Jello Salad is a delicious and beautiful fruit salad display that's great for large dinner parties. Easy to make ahead of time and a delightfully sweet, crunchy addition to your plate. If you're thinking about a change up for your fruit salad, give Jello Salad a try!

Ingredients
  

Ingredients:

  • 3 sm pkg red Jello raspberry, cherry, or strawberry
  • 1 can whole cranberry sauce
  • 1 sm can crushed pineapple
  • 1 cup diced celery
  • 1 ½ cups chopped apple
  • ½ cup chopped pecans

Instructions
 

Directions:

  • Drain pineapple, reserve juice and add enough water to measure 2 cups, pour into saucepan and bring to a boil. Pour over gelatin mixes in a large bowl; stir 2 minutes until completely dissolved.
  • Stir in 2 cups ice cubes, pineapple and cranberry sauce. Chill for aprox 2 hours or until mostly firm. Stir in remaining ingredients and refrigerate for another 2 hours or until completely firm.
