Ingredients:
- 3 sm pkg red Jello raspberry, cherry, or strawberry
- 1 can whole cranberry sauce
- 1 sm can crushed pineapple
- 1 cup diced celery
- 1 ½ cups chopped apple
- ½ cup chopped pecans
Directions:
Drain pineapple, reserve juice and add enough water to measure 2 cups, pour into saucepan and bring to a boil. Pour over gelatin mixes in a large bowl; stir 2 minutes until completely dissolved.
Stir in 2 cups ice cubes, pineapple and cranberry sauce. Chill for aprox 2 hours or until mostly firm. Stir in remaining ingredients and refrigerate for another 2 hours or until completely firm.
